Sundays at 10:00am

Why serve?

Volunteers enable us a a church to "Walk with people from Disenchantment to Discipleship." Every believer is gifted to serve others and to advance the gospel. God wants us to use these to serve inside and outside the church.

There are many opportunities at Harbour to serve. If you've been attending Harbour and are ready to serve, check out the ministries below and let us know that you are interested.

SPARK

Volunteers in SPARK minster to children (birth to JK) during the Sunday worship service, by providing a space "where kids discover God." They check in kids, care for children, provide snack, sing songs, share stories.

PowerUp

Volunteers in PowerUp minister to children (Sk-Grade 5) during the Sunday morning worship service through singing with the children, telling stories, and teaching the truth of God's Word. They check in kids, lead classrooms, provide assistance, sing, or lead worship.

XP3 (Jr Youth)

XP3 is all about walking with our students to love God, follow Jesus and live our God's story so others can know Jesus. Our volunteers hangout with students, lead groups and organize activities.

Sr Youth

We desire our Sr Youth to Know, Live and Share the gospel. Volunteers invest in students, lead groups and organize activities.

Worship & Tech

Each Sunday morning we seek to create an opportunity for people to gather together to encounter and worship Jesus in dynamic and creative ways. Volunteers sing, play an instrument, share announcements, operate audio and visual systems.

Host Team

Our desire is that everyone who sets foot in our building will feel welcomed. Our Host team volunteers, greet people at the door, staff the welcome desk, and serve coffee.

Pray

Pray is a vital part of our church. Volunteers commit to praying regularly for people and the mission of the church.

Hospitality

There is nothing better than to gather together around food with those in and outside of our church. Our hospitality team create, prepares and serves delicious food that brings people together.

Groups

It is in groups that we see life-change and growth happen; venues in which we are challenged, grow and build into others. Volunteers champion our Live Deep vision by leading a group, hosting a group, or working on a team to grow groups here at Harbour.

Facilities

We have been given an incredible facility that allows us to minister to many people. We want to ensure that our property is a location where people come to hear and experience the gospel. Volunteers clean the building, make repairs, take care of the gardens, or cut grass.
